A massive community job fair at Crenshaw High School brought more than employment opportunities to South Los Angeles—it brought hope.

Designed to connect residents with employers that often overlook the community, the event featured immediate job openings, career leads, job readiness services, expungement assistance, childcare resources, and paid training programs. By bringing together employers, workforce organizations, and community partners, the fair helped connect job seekers with meaningful careers while strengthening the community and creating new opportunities for the future.
