Pawty with Love Brings Free and Low-Cost Pet Care to San Fernando Valley
Tails were wagging at Woodley Park as Lake Balboa pet parents and their four-legged companions enjoyed the second annual Pawty with Love!
Hosted by Los Angeles Council District 6, the fun-filled community resource fair connected hundreds of local families with free and low-cost pet care, including vaccinations, microchipping, grooming services and pet supplies.
With the rising cost of food, litter and veterinary care, these neighborhood resources can make a meaningful difference. Foster families brought kittens for essential vaccinations, while dog owners arrived early to secure free microchips and other services.
By bringing affordable pet care directly to the community—and mixing it with plenty of fun at the park—Pawty with Love helped Council District 6 families keep their beloved pets healthy, safe and happy without breaking the bank.
