Area bounded by the 5, 10 and 110 freeways to the 110 freeway and the 10 freeway to where the 110 freeway and 5 freeway merge. Please see map.

Who’s exempt from the Curfew Order?
- Individuals traveling to and from work if their work is inside the curfew zone
- Residents living within the curfew zone
- Individuals seeking medical treatment
- Individuals working in the curfew zone on a public works or improvement construction project
- Utilities personnel working in the curfew zone
- Credentialed media representatives engaged in news gathering
- People experiencing homelessness who are sheltered in the curfew zone
- Public safety and emergency personnel
What documentation should a person carry in the curfew zone to present to law enforcement (if requested)?
For Residents:
A resident living in the curfew zone should carry proof of residency, if possible (e.g., driver’s license/government ID, water bill/lease agreement).
For Employees/Workers:
An employee working in the curfew zone who stops work after 8 PM should leave the curfew zone immediately. An employee working in the curfew zone should carry proof of employment, if possible (e.g., employer-issued ID).
For Hotel and Home Share Guests:
A guest staying at a hotel or home share located within the curfew zone should carry proof of their booking reservation, if possible.
Will rideshare and food delivery services be available during curfew hours?
Rideshare and food delivery service companies can operate during curfew hours, but the decision whether to do so is at the discretion of the companies operating those services. Rideshare and food service delivery drivers should be prepared to show law enforcement proof of a pick-up/drop-off on their app.
Will public transit operate during curfew hours?
Metro’s regular service will continue unless law enforcement deems it necessary to discontinue service, maybe temporarily, due to immediate public safety concerns.

What other circumstances should be considered?
For Patrons of Restaurants or other Business Establishments:
A patron of a business establishment in the curfew zone who leaves the establishment after 8 PM should immediately leave the curfew zone.
For Ticketed Event Patrons:
A person attending a ticketed event in an indoor establishment that ends after 8 PM should leave the curfew zone at the conclusion of the event. They should carry their ticket, if possible.
