The City of L.A.'s Sanitation & Environment’s City Facilities Recycling Program (CFRP) will be collecting unopened toiletries between May 12 - July 3, 2025 to donate to the St. Francis Center and LA Sanitation’s Livability Services Division, organizations that provide support to the City’s unhoused residents.
Residents and businesses are invited to donate the following items:
- Soap
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Toothbrushes
- Toothpaste
- Mouthwash
- Razors
- Shaving cream
- Deodorant
- Feminine Hygiene Products
