Reimagine Public Art Exhibition

"Reimagine Public Art" presented by the The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA)  highlights how artists respond to and reimagine Los Angeles amidst social, economic, and healthcare emergencies. Whether experienced online, from a car, or in another socially distanced way, the public art produced over the past year has shown us that change is both necessary and unstoppable. Public art will continue to expand beyond its traditional forms and move forward with many new voices leading the way.

Open now through August 31, 2021. The exhibition presents over 250 local artists, working across mediums, who explore the ways in which private, public, digital, and physical spaces have been blurred during a time of both isolation and digital hyperconnectivity.

This is part of DCA's COVID-19 emergency response program, see the exhibition here: culturela.org/reimagine
