Inside City Hall, the next generation of Los Angeles leaders is already getting to work. A recent day in City Hall brought young people together to network and learn more about opportunities for careers in the City of Los Angeles. The participating interns learned how the City operates and what job pathways look like in reality.

The youth program allows interns to meet people in their specific industries and learn exactly what certain jobs entail. And the interns also learn from each other as they pursue their career journeys and goals.

L.A. City Pathways program is an internship program designed to provide 50 college students with exposure to a wide range of careers within the City of Los Angeles.
