The City Clerk's Office announces a new Los Angeles Council Comment Portal. Using this new portal, comments on City Council items can now be submitted online at LACouncilComment.com. The portal can also be accessed on the Council File Management System, any Council or Council Committee agenda, or from the City Clerk's website.
