Diving into a Summer Pool Party in the One-Five
Summer fun is making a splash in Wilmington! Families gathered at Harbor Pool on the Los Angeles Harbor College campus for a community pool party filled with swimming, pool toys, food, and local resources.
The event gave children and families a fun way to stay active, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the summer safely. Guests were treated to hamburgers, hot dogs, and other snacks, while community organizations shared helpful information and services with local families.
Harbor Pool is open to the community and offers Angelenos a place to exercise, cool off, and come together. Residents of Council District 15—including Watts, Harbor Gateway, Wilmington, Harbor City, and San Pedro—can also contact the Council District office for assistance and information about community resources.
