Earth Day L.A. Turns 10 🌎♻️
Thousands of Angelenos came together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Earth Day L.A. at Pan Pacific Park in Council District 5.
Organized by the Los Angeles Department of Public Works and LA City Sanitation, the family-friendly event gave Angelenos a day of fun while learning about sustainability. This year’s theme, “Planet vs. Plastics,” focused on reducing plastic waste, cutting plastic production, and recycling everyday items. Guests enjoyed activities including a bike repair clinic, a toy swap booth, and free tree giveaways, all designed to encourage residents to reduce, reuse, and recycle in their daily lives.
