Former Rundown Panorama City Motel Transformed into 90 Homes
A former 48-unit motel in Panorama City has been transformed into The Pano, a new 90-unit permanent supportive housing development providing homes and essential services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Made possible through Project Homekey, the City of Los Angeles partnered with LA Family Housing to revitalize the former motel into a modern residential community. Beyond providing permanent housing, The Pano offers residents intensive case management services designed to promote long-term housing stability and independence.
The grand opening marks another step in Los Angeles' ongoing efforts to address homelessness and expand access to affordable housing, bringing new opportunities, stability, and hope to the Panorama City community.
