One of the largest tiny home communities in the City of Los Angeles is opening its doors—providing 208 beds and a new path forward for unhoused Angelenos.
The Olinda Tiny Homes Village, located in Sun Valley, offers more than a safe place to stay. It connects residents with the security, resources, and personalized support they need to move toward stability and permanent housing.
Each residential unit is ADA accessible and includes a stowaway bunk bed, electrical outlets, heating and air conditioning, interior lighting, shelving, and storage. Residents also receive warm meals, street-outreach support, life-skills assistance, and access to dedicated case managers.
From obtaining a birth certificate or state identification to finding employment and preparing for permanent housing, every service is designed to help residents move forward. At Olinda Tiny Homes Village, stepping through the gates marks the beginning of a new chapter—and a reminder that no one has to face that journey alone.
