Reseda Rising Is Changing the Narrative of the Valley
Streets in Reseda came alive with bright art, lively music, and local pride. The annual Reseda Rising Art Walk brought neighbors together to celebrate creativity and show off the best of the San Fernando Valley.
The fun street festival is part of Reseda Rising. That effort brings over $100 million in public money to support an area that has long needed more resources. Sidewalks quickly filled with colorful paintings, live songs, and smiling crowds cheering on local makers.
More than just a street fair, the gathering marks a major turning point for Reseda. It shows that when cities invest in local culture, the whole neighborhood rises together.
