Every year, the month of March marks 3-1-1 Day and 3/11 Week—an opportunity to highlight the vital role MyLA311 plays in connecting residents to City of Los Angeles services.
This year, the City is showcasing exciting updates to the MyLA311 app, designed to help residents access services faster and more efficiently. More than three million requests are processed through MyLA311, generating valuable data that helps identify areas for improvement. In the past year alone, over 1,200 enhancements have been made to strengthen the system and improve service delivery.
The MyLA311 app now includes several user-requested features. With Pin Drop Location, users can place a pin anywhere on the map, eliminating the need for an exact address. Ticket Following allows residents to track existing requests submitted by others, helping reduce duplicate reports. Users can also receive real-time updates, including photo confirmations when issues—like potholes—have been resolved.
City services are just a few taps away.
